Buy through FOMO
FOMO is the buy path. Direct DEX buys, other routers, and off-app swaps are outside this fee. Only FOMO-routed buys count.
Ten percent of the buy.
If a buy is routed through FOMO, 10% of that buy is sent as fees to the named recipient. A $100 buy sends $10. A $1,000 buy sends $100. Buys that do not go through FOMO do not create this fee.

The fee is a tenth of the buy size, taken as fees on that transaction. It is not a share of later trading, and it is not 80/20 of creator fees.
Paid to them
That 10% is sent to the named X handle. They do not claim it, connect a wallet, or fill in a form. The handle in the token description is who gets paid.
Every send is public
@DomoFamily replies with the amount and the token. Explorer lists the same fee when it is posted. Empty cycles stay empty.
